COURSE INTRODUCTION

Fully supported by ICAO and Member State civil aviation authorities, the existence of a comprehensive and robust Quality Management System (QMS) within air transport related organizations has rapidly become a value-added industry standard. Quality Management Systems (QMS) attendees will be exposed to the evolution of Quality Management Systems (QMS), creation of regulatory compliant quality manuals and documentation, aviation records management and control systems personnel training and evaluation programs, annual audit planning processes, audit conduct protocols, as well as the importance of the overall management review process as it pertains to corporate and business aviation flight departments. Academic awareness of Quality Management Systems (QMS) principles is effectively integrated with “real-world” application thus allowing course attendees to provide increased business value to their respective organizations immediately upon their return to the workplace.
