Operational risk management

COURSE INTRODUCTION

The GHS Operational Risk Management Training Course has been specially designed to guide personnel to understanding the importance of risk management procedure and optimize their value, introduce an enhanced methodology for the risk rating and prioritization of occurrence reports, provide the tools for development of a risk register, as well as developing risk mitigation plans and measures for effectiveness monitoring.
