LEAD QUALITY AUDITOR

COURSE INTRODUCTION

The Lead Quality Auditor Training Course provides a comprehensive overview of leading a team during the application of internationally recognized quality auditing principles with specific focus on aviation industry applications.

Classroom instruction takes the attendees through the basic qualifications and personal attributes required of an effective lead quality auditor, provides an overview of audit planning and preparation requirements, demonstrates effective techniques for management of internal and external personnel, provides guidance on root cause analysis and establishment of effective corrective action plans, and emphasizes the importance of audit follow-up.

Multiple class exercises provide the opportunity for attendees to practice their auditing skills while being evaluated by the Instructor and their peers.
