Crew Resource Management / Threat and Error Management is at the heart of all aspects of Aviation Safety. As such, proper training in these principles are essential for all flight deck crewmembers as well as training department personnel and airline management. Attendees will learn the latest principles of CRM / TEM as well as be able to demonstrate them on the flight deck during both normal and abnormal operations.
