Crisis Communications is one of the most challenging areas of an effective Emergency Response. The worldwide media will be focused on your airline. Implementing an effective and cohesive media strategy is critical for an airline to be prepared ahead of time. Learn how to effectively plan and prepare for Crisis Communications during an aircraft incident or accident. Many different internal groups in the airline, as well as external groups, need to be involved and “buy into” the media strategy. Learn by doing with multiple practical exercises in this aviation course.
