CREW MEMBER SECURITY AWARENESS

COURSE INTRODUCTION

Aviation security is at the forefront of the aviation industry and increased vigilance by all employees is vital to reduce the risk of a security threat. In the air it is the responsibility of the flight and cabin crew to operate the aircraft in the most secure manner. Aviation Security begins even before a crew member arrives at the airport and doesn’t end until the aircraft arrives safely at the final destination.

In-Flight Security is designed and delivered to produce a suitably trained flight and cabin crew who can apply a standardized level of preventative security for the safe operation of flights in normal operating conditions and who when required are capable of rapidly expanding such security to meet any increased security threat.
