CABIN OPERATIONS FATIGUE RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (FRMS)
COURSE INTRODUCTION
Captain Upgrade / Command Development training is designed for flight crewmembers preparing to upgrade to a Captain / Pilot-in-Command (PIC) position in an airline, corporate, or general aviation environment. This training is also valuable for First Officers currently operating in an augmented crew setting. Attendees will learn leadership and mentorship techniques which will enable them to efficiently and effectively manage a multi-crew flight deck in the role of Captain.

COURSE CERTIFICATE
GHS Certificates will be issued to attendees who complete a minimum of 90% of the required class hours and achieve successful results on a course evaluation examination
