CABIN CREW LEADERSHIP
COURSE INTRODUCTION
Today’s widebody aircraft have the capacity to accommodate over 500 passengers for flights of over 15 hours duration. The safety of these passengers during these long and sometimes arduous flights rest solely upon the shoulders of up to 15 specially trained and State certificated team of cabin crewmembers.
As with any high-performance team, members must be able to rely upon a suitably qualified cabin crew leader who has overall responsibility for the conduct and coordination of normal and emergency passenger cabin procedures.
These cabin crew leaders are highly experienced professionals who have received special leadership training as applicable to their respective aircraft fleet, passenger demographics, route system, as well as any other unique operational and/or technical requirements.
