- Airlines operating multi-engine, two pilot aircraft with a maximum certificated takeoff mass in excess of 5,700 kg (12,566 lb) in the conduct of commercial operations which include:
- Aircraft with a maximum certificated takeoff mass of 5,700 kg (12,566 lb) or less
- Single Engine Aircraft
- Piston Engine Aircraft
- Single Pilot Aircraft
- The IOSA Audit is NOT applicable to:
- Audit Scope
- Organization and Management System (ORG)
- Flight Operations (FLT)
- Operational Control and Flight Dispatch (DSP)
- Aircraft Engineering and Maintenance (MNT)
- Cabin Operations (CAB)
- Ground Handling Operations (GRH)
- Cargo Operations (CGO)
- Security Management (SEC)

Audit Preparation Commencement
- Ideally begins a minimum of six (6) months prior to the on-site Audit

- Organizational understanding of the IOSA Audit Registration process
- Delivery of an industry proven audit preparation methodology
- Practical training in the proper interpretation and auditing of the ISARPs
- Objective professional assessment of IOSA readiness
