ADVANCED AIRSIDE OPERATIONS

COURSE INTRODUCTION

Advanced Airside Operations is designed to allow ramp employees, supervisors, or managers to look at the bigger picture while working on the airside. Besides the various services happening around the ramp, there are also the programs that aren’t readily seen such as ramp auditing & evaluations, training, safety promotion, and investigations.

This course will give all participants a broader view of airside operations and, with real world examples, it gives the participant the capability and ability to work safely and effectively on the ramp. No matter what position you hold, every participant will learn something new to take back to the work environment and improve their aviation organization as a whole.
