Train the Trainer is a “real-world” based training program that will prepare trainers and facilitators to develop and deliver effective training through the use of active engagement techniques based on principles of learning and adult methodologies. Training is not based on what happens in a textbook but what happens in the workplace taking into account the various learning styles and learning cultures around the world.

Effective training is based on the capability of the instructors to deliver knowledge to students that allows them to learn and make immediate changes that will improve their effectiveness and efficiency.

Train the Trainer will provide attendees with the foundation to develop effective training methods and will allow them to find their own indivualized training style. Attendees will also learn how to create a positive learning environment within their own organization.
