AIRCRAFT HANDLING & RAMP SAFETY

COURSE INTRODUCTION

With both domestic and international aviation on the rise so are the risks of working on the airfield. From personal injury to ramp rash, the amount of injuries and cost due to aircraft damage is increasing.

Ramp safety is designed to bring safety awareness of the hidden dangers and risks that are associated with working on the ramp. The course will introduce participants to the human and organizational factors involved in aviation incidents and accidents.

Most importantly, it will address specific dangers and how to prevent employees from being injured while also protecting both them and precious financial and organizational resources. Minimizing potential damage to valuable equipment is addressed as well.
